I met Florina a long time ago in Lakeview at Caribou coffee! I used to meet clients all over the city until I started meeting from my home office. I think I have been to every coffee shop in Chicago! Anyway....Florina was so excited about the wedding and it got me very excited to shoot for her and Brant. The engagements were great but it rained most of the day. The weather on the wedding day.....PERFECT! Enjoy!!!
The beautiful St. Vincent De Paul. |

The guys arrive at the church...

Florina doing some last minute touch-ups.

Yes, he had to have some last minute touch-ups too!

Kelli was my second shooter today. Thanks for this awesome shot of the church from the balcony!!

I love this one. The ring bearer and the flower girl were a little confused on where to go!

Florina knew where to go!

Someone was NOT into the family pictures!

I took this shot right before we got in the limo. I love that Florina has the 'dont even think about jumping on my dress' look for the dog walking by. I have seen that look MANY times before.

And we jump in the limo and head out for pics!

Somebody was getting tired and needed a jolt before the next stop!

And we arrive at the reception site!

And some cocktail hour shots.

The groomsmen doing what groomsmen do.

How good does that cake topper look!? MMM!

They were all taking pictures of it too!

The first dance. I love this one!

Her grandmother enjoying the dance.

Spencer from Style Matters... Hmm, and he wasnt even drinking?! Ha!

The kids were rocking the dance floor!

Thanks for stepping out in the cold for this rockin' shot!

I photographed Marissa and Scotts wedding a few months ago and they asked me to photograph their little girl, Kyla after the wedding. We decided to hang out at Navy Pier and got some really cute photos of Kyla just having fun! I loved the lollipop shots at the end of our shoot. Too cute!
At first she was like...'Whats going on!!?". |

Then she just had a blast!

I love the 'Go A Little Overboard' above her!

And those pirates were not getting anywhere NEAR her or her lollipop! She is too cute. Thanks for a fun shoot!

I have been waiting on this one for awhile. I have wanted to shoot at the Byron Colby Barn ever since I saw a cool spread in The Knot featuring the location. Also, we had a great time shooting Sara and Kevins engagement session and I knew the wedding would be a blast. And...it was!! Enjoy! This wedding was very detail oriented! Kevin is a chef and a lot of the details were geared towards that. 'When Pigs Fly' was the save the date and I couldnt resist this shot!

I love this shot of her jewelry!

And we are off to the barn!

And we got to take a few photos before the ceremony. I really love this one!!!

Love this shot of the guys!

A shot of her very cool bouquet!!

Sara and her father head down the aisle...

This reminds me of my grandma! She always used to make me spit my gum out into her hands at church. Cute then...gross now. Ha!

What an amazing day! SO cool.

A private moment after the wedding....but I was hiding in the trees! =)

I went inside to get some very cool detail shots. Sara rocked it out!

Some 'choreographed' dancing!

And then they rocked all night!!

And then the karaoke begins!

And I leave you with the barn at night!

We were lucky enough to have a BEAUTIFUL day. I wish it was fall all the time! We did run into a crazzyyyy man on our shoot. I thought me and Ari were going to have to throw down! Ha! Enjoy the pics.
We started at their place so that we could have Louis join us! |

Rene said that Louis is their 'dog-child'. Thats HILARIOUS! I so want a dog-child. I am holding off until I have a yard!

This was the scene of our 'almost' butt whoopin' incident!

I really love this one but I havent figured out why. LOL

Thanks for a fun shoot!!!

Andrea and Matt had a very cool wedding and an even cooler wedding party! The rain did not stop us from heading outside and rocking out some cool pictures! Hope you like.
A creepy eye shot. Ha. |

Andreas girlfriends touching up before jumping on the trolley...

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something BLUE.

And we head off for pictures!

I have shot here once before and I love it. This is in Lincoln Square and it pretty much rocks!

A stop off at Delilah's on Lincoln.

AH! I am in love with the Kinzie Street bridge. I have heard about other photographers shooting there but I just discovered it a couple of weeks ago. Its so cool!

Andrea loves Abraham Lincoln. Hmm, I am not sure whats up with that....but we found him!

And then we head to A New Leaf!

I love this shot that Theresa got of me doing family pictures. Thats pretty much what its like!!!

And the ceremony begins...

A choked up father giving his speech!

That guy looks PISSED at me. I love it! Ha.

Andrea kept dancing all night! Loved it!
