It was a warm September day when Alice and Braxton arrived to photograph Megan and Ben’s wedding day. Megan was enjoying some time with her mom and friends as she put on the finishing touches for her day, and enjoying a little pre-photo Bloody!
Meanwhile, Ben had arrived at Montrose Harbor, where he was getting ready to see his bride for the first time.
They were full of fun and laughter the entire photo session. I love this first look moment.
They headed over to Kinzie St. bridge to get some more photos, with some unexpected city participants along the way!
Gotta love a bride in cowboy boots!
Megan and Ben’s #1 photo location was going to Happy Village and grabbing a beer. Our kind of bride!
After their pitstop, it was time to head to the Irish American Heritage Center for the ceremony and reception!
Congratulations you two!
And of course, what’s a wedding at the IAHC without a Guinness!
Family and friends toasted the happy couple…
Then, Megan and Ben shared their first dance as husband and wife.
Our good friends at Toast and Jam made the dance floor a whole lot of fun!
Congratulations Megan and Ben! And thank you for having Alice along for the ride!
