A few weeks ago, I posted pictures from Chris and Heather’s first anniversary shoot at Camp Wandawega. We were lucky enough to spend three days there, giving me plenty of time to photograph this beautiful campground.

There’s plenty to do and see at Wandawega.

There are several cabins you can stay in, if you choose.

And each has it’s own unique decorations.

But you’ll probably spend most of your visit outside, enjoying the sights.

This is the hallway of the lodge. Abraham Lincoln is hanging out in the common lounge, where there’s a setup for a bar and couches for a gathering.

…one of the rooms in the lodge.

It was too beautiful to stay inside, though. I was off to the hilltop.

At the top of the hill there are several tents available to sleep in.

And just past the tents is a teepee…

…complete with everything you would need for spending the night.

Including an amazing view.

This little guy is their new cabin. I love where it’s nestled.

The lakeshore at sunset.

You can fish, swim or canoe in the lake.

This was the best swinging spot I think I’ve ever seen.

Leah couldn’t resist jumping on the rope swing.

Jarrod had to have a turn, too!

Camp Wandawega is the best! If you get a chance to spend a day or two there, do it. I can’t recommend it enough!
