When I looked through the images that I chose to post from Daina and Jeremiah’s wedding, I noticed that there were several images of crosses. This was the first photo that I took from the day.
And then I found Daina getting ready in her dining room!
Jeremiah showed up when she was almost ready for her dress!
And they got a quick glance of each other on their balcony…
A quick kiss
and we were on our way…
Daina had a ‘personal assistant’ all day. By ‘personal assistant’, I mean good friend from Texas!
And he even had to carry the ‘bride’ bag!
Here we are on our way to the ceremony…
Another cross on top of the church!
We were able to do some quick shooting on the church grounds…
Daina’s father built this cross in honor of her mother. She asked me to get a shot of her near the memorial… Very cool!
And I had to get a shot of her cross with all of the trees framing it!
I told you…crosses, crosses and MORE crosses!
A great family photo…
And Daina’s sister gives her a lucky coin before the ceremony…
And the ceremony begins…
Daina teaches violin and she asked a bunch of her students to play at her wedding. I love this shot of one of her students during the ceremony…
A detail from in the church…
The beautiful church!
Daina and her sisters after the ceremony!
A few tears…
The videographer was a friend of Daina’s and I had to harass her. =)
We ran outside to get a quick shot of the wedding party…
And we were off to the reception!
Daina gets a little choked up during the blessing…
Oops!
Some speeches…
The cake! Jeremiah made the toppers!
They skipped the first dance and sang to each other instead! They sang ‘Ive Had The Time Of My Life’. Here is to you Patrick Swayze!!!
The bouquet!
And garter, I think!?! =)
And the party continues!
She brought her students to the reception too!
And Jeremiah’s mother brought his brother! His brother could not attend but he was there in spirit (and in plastic!).
More karaoke…
All of the dancing and singing made the bride thirsty! I love Jeremiah’s expression!
Yes, a little dog showed up.
What?!?!
There we go…
How many crosses did you spot???
