Ok, not really. It was actually a beautiful wedding downtown at the Sofitel.
This sign was outside of the reception door. Of course, I had to include it. This should be HERE.

Elizabeth was getting all fancy when I arrived!

And Dan was doing some MAJOR posing in his suite!! =)

A little promo shot for the talented Miss Sonia.

My second photographer. It’s ok, I let her leave before the child labor laws kick in.
Actually, she was just a flower girl trying to step on my turf! =)

And the other flower girl was NOT impressed with me.
She was not a fan of my picture taking so she did the following… A. Cried. B. Yelled at me C. Drew a photo of me. D. All of the above.
The answer – D. All of the above. Hey, at least she made me look thin. I loved her for that!

“Elizabeth LOVES crabs”… I swear that this is what her mother told me when I was shooting this very cool necklace that Dan gave her that day.

Elizabeth getting some help with the dress.

Dan awaiting her arrival!

I loved where we decided to have their first meeting!

LOOK AT THE WINDOW ACROSS THE STREET! That is SO a ninja. That ninja TOTALLY photo-bombed my picture.

Elizabeth asked me to take a shot with the skyline. I was lazy so we shot it inside. =)

The park across the street made for some fun and COLD photos…

You have to love the buildings in Chicago!

And the alleys!

The bride.

And the groom.

I love sneaking around the Fourth Presbyterian church before the wedding ladies come out and kick me.

One of Dan’s favorite places! =)

I loved this light…

Some of their friends got to see them before the ceremony!

We went back to the hotel to grab the wedding party for more photos…

And I braved the wedding ladies at Fourth Presbyterian again… They never caught me! Next time ladies. Next time.

Yes, middle of the road shot. Who cares. We can’t always be original. =)

Some pre-reception song and dance…

I got a little help with framing the image during family pictures…

He was over the family pictures. A quick nap before the ceremony never hurt anyone!

Elizabeth ran back to the room to freshen up before the big ‘I Do’.

The guests arrive…

Her mother helped her into her veil…

And we were off! Grandma is ready for the show!

Dan…

Elizabeth and her parents…

Elizabeth’s brother…

And the bustle goes up for the cocktails…

I love this one! What a cool venue…

Didn’t take long for the drinks to come out!! =)

And this guy had plenty of them. Forget the double fist. This guy is going for a triple!

MMMMM…. Cupcakes!

Everyone heads for their seats…

Elizabeth’s father watches the first dance…

Some speeches…

That’s actually not a teary face. She is about to burst out with laughter!

Her sister…

The band…

Some dancing…

And the rings!

Thanks for a fun night!!!!
