It was Kelly and Nathan’s wedding day, and Kelly was in her suite at the Hard Rock Hotel getting ready to walk the aisle.
Here’s our bride, enjoying a mimosa as she and her girls get prettied up.

Style Down the Aisle was on doing a marvelous job styling the hair and make-up of the bridal party.

Whoops! I stumbled up on Kelly as she was getting ready to slip into her dress. I gave them a moment of privacy.

Meanwhile, Leah was with Nathan and his groomsmen as they got ready.

Nathan’s a lucky groom… he was well-attended to by his groomsmen as he got ready.

Maybe too well-attended!

Kelly and Nathan had their first meeting in the garden outside the Art Institute. Nathan was all smiles when he got his first look at his bride.

They shared some laughs…

…and some happy tears…

…and then it was time to take some pictures.

Doesn’t Kelly look gorgeous? I loved her bouquet, which was designed by Meghan at Ashland Addison.

The wedding party joined us for some shots in nearby Millennium Park.

Well, well, well… what do we have here? Kelly performs her patriotic duty by posing with a group of servicemen.

We moved on into the downtown area, and spent some time on the bridge.

Kelly and Nathan were both so happy that day. Non-stop smiles from both of them, all day long.

We had just enough time for some pictures by the board of trade…

…before loading up the trolley and heading out to Architectural Artifacts for the ceremony and reception.

Kelly and Nathan joined each other at the altar, and the ceremony began.

Their ceremony was lovely.

Kelly wan’t the only one getting a little misty-eyed.

There were plenty of smiles and laughs as the happy couple exchanged vows

They exchanged rings…

…and then began their marriage with a kiss! Congratulations!

Thumbs up, indeed!

Kelly and Nathan led their guests into the reception area, where Kelly was more than happy to show off her ring.

There were big hugs all around from happy family and friends.

And Kelly enjoyed a few moments in front of the air conditioning vent.

Steve Gibons serenaded the guests while they enjoyed cocktail hour.

Architectural Artifacts is one of the venues I never get tired of shooting in.

I mean, how awesome is a venue that boasts a carousel?

While the guests enjoyed the cocktail hour, I snuck out to take some pictures of details.

Each guest received a hand-made fan to help stay cool during the ceremony.

And don’t forget the comfy shoes for dancing!

The tables were set and ready for guests to enjoy a great dinner, catered by Food Evolution.

After dinner, Kelly and Nathan hit the dance floor to share their first dance as a married couple…

…while their friend played the guitar.

When the newlyweds finished their dance, all the guests joined them on the floor.

The guests were all getting down to the tunes played by Jake from Style Matters.

Photo Booth Express had a booth set up for guests to enjoy as well.

A great time was had by all! Thanks for sharing your big day with me, Kelly and Nathan! Congratulations on your marriage!
