Rock

and Roll!

This wedding was definitely that. The bride’s awesome hair color, the DIY details and the pug ring bearer!

Rebecca’s sister made both her and Rebecca’s dress. Here she is giving Rebecca a little help getting ready… Check out Rebecca’s sisters work HERE.

The groom getting ready. Let’s be honest. There is not much to that. =)

Some cool accessories…

Rebecca and Adam live in NYC but they held the wedding in Oak Park. Rebecca grew up here and we revisited her old stomping ground on the wedding day. It was a lot of fun and we had a lot of time…which I love!

The house that Rebecca grew up in…

On our way to the park…

The park even matched her wedding colors!

Standing on their home turf.

This guy gave us a great photo bomb!

Yes, this house exists. I noticed the house across from the park and the owners were nice enough to let us shoot here!

And then we headed to the library. They love to read together and she loves the library in Oak Park…

I loved this ring she had made for her big day!

And Adam had a matching pin.

Some more Oak Park love…

Her awesome hair piece…

Her hair made my job MUCH easier that day!

Oak Park with a little Chicago thrown in…

It was time to meet the wedding party for more pictures…

Nobody had a clue where we were headed…

I didn’t notice how many horrible movies were playing that day until I started editing. =)

The infamous “train stop” shots…

I love this one…

And then it was time to pick up their baby!

I think I was almost as excited as they were!

Aw! Puppies!!!

Some pug lovin’.

And then it was time! Adam was ready for the big show to begin…

And so did this guy!

Their pug walked with grace and dignity down that long aisle… =)

Rebecca and her parents.

Another awesome church in Oak Park!

Such a good boy.

And he had the rings on his back… It was that time!

I asked Rebecca to grab another shot of her after the ceremony in some amazing light…

Someone walking down the street spotted the bride and wanted to take a photo of her own!

Does it get any cuter?

Maybe it does?

TOO MUCH!

Time to make it official by signing the marriage license.

Some of the awesome details!!!

She set up her own photo booth and it looked SO cool!

They have called Rebecca “B” since she was little. What a cool addition to the bouquet.

Some Bleeding Heart cupcakes!

Her father thanked everyone for coming…

Her sister giving a shout out to the bride and groom…

The photo booth!

Some Chicago style pizza!

She slipped on her dancin’ shoes for a very cool first dance…

Some swing!

Rebecca and her father…

We headed out at night to grab a few shots before it was time for me to leave…

Thanks for such a fun wedding. Hope you had a nice, relaxing trip back to NYC!
