Tamara and Jordan’s wedding day had finally arrived! You may remember this couple from their engagement session last December. The couple, who lives in the Bay Area, was back in Chicago and ready to get married! The day started in Tamara’s suite, where she was getting ready with the help of all her friends. It was definitely a party atmosphere, as everyone was thrilled for the happy couple.
A few finishing touches…
…and then we were off to meet with Jordan.
The groom was stationed in their designated “first look” spot… the Old Water Tower just in front of their hotel. When Jordan turned around to see his bride, his breath was taken away. It was one of my favorite moments from the day!
After they shared that special moment (and a few kisses) we ran off to meet the wedding party and begin the pre-ceremony shoot. There were a ton of spots I wanted them to check out, and couldn’t wait to get down to business. So off we went!
Isn’t she stunning!?!?
One of Jordan and Tamara’s friends drove his Winnegbago and escorted the couple and their friends around town. It was an awesome idea, and as you can tell, everyone enjoyed the vehicle’s amenities!
Goose Island was our last stop before traveling to Café Brauer, where the ceremony and reception were held.
A little bit later, we were at Cafe Brauer and Jordan took his place at the front of the room. Tamara was escorted down the aisle by her father, and after taking Jordan’s hand, the ceremony began. It was a beautiful ceremony, too, with lots of heart and meaning.
With rings and vows exchanged- and a glass stomped- Tamara and Jordan began their marriage with a kiss. Congratulations!
The reception began with the newlyweds sharing a dance. You can tell by this picture that Tamara was ready to celebrate!
The bride and her father had a special moment during their dance.
And then everyone hit the dance floor! And, boy, did this group ever turn out. See for yourself in some of my favorite images from Tamara and Jordan’s dance party:

Congratulations, Tamara and Jordan! I had a fantastic time sharing your day with you.
